What started as a small operation focused on local tennis courts has grown into a global leader in sport surfacing. Over three decades, we've installed and resurfaced more than 10,000 courts for schools, municipalities, private clubs, and residential communities.

Sean Barry brings over two decades of hands-on experience in sport surface installation and construction to his role as Owner and President of ACE Sport Surfaces. His deep understanding of court systems, from foundation work to final coatings, has made him a trusted expert in the industry.
Under Sean's leadership, ACE Sport Surfaces has grown from a regional contractor into a globally recognized partner for tennis, pickleball, and multi-sport court projects. His commitment to quality craftsmanship and customer satisfaction drives every project the company undertakes.
Sean personally oversees major installations and maintains close relationships with clients, ensuring that each court meets the high standards ACE Sport Surfaces is known for. His partnership with AT Sports on research and development keeps the company at the forefront of surfacing innovation.

2026 Pickleball Builder/Contractor of the Year
Sean Barry, Owner and President of ACE Sport Surfaces, was named Racquet Sports Industry's Pickleball Builder/Contractor of the Year, recognizing his experience, technical knowledge, quality of work, and contribution to the continued growth of pickleball.
With more than three decades dedicated to athletic court construction, Sean has built and surfaced courts across the United States and internationally. In 2026 alone, ACE Sport Surfaces completed 260 pickleball courts, including 12 large indoor facilities.
